CROSSROADS RANCH
II

Crossroads Ranch is located approximately 20 miles north of
Prescott, Arizona along Williamson Valley Road.

This is a 5,000 acre Horse Community of rolling hills that are
covered with pinyon and juniper vegetation, where antelope,
javelina, and bobcats still roam free. There are over 160 lots
that vary in size from 4 acres to over 100 acres. This is a
very rural community that could be described as still being
part of the "Wild West". Association fees are based on the
number of acres that you own.

The below explanation was in the community web site covering
frequently ask questions: "This development is located in an
open range area or area in which livestock may roam and feed at
will under the laws of the state of AZ. If you don't want the
livestock grazing on your property, you are obligated to fence
them out with a lawful constructed fence (see ARS 3-1426) which
has received Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval.
Since the cattle are free to roam the area, you may also see
them on the roadways. If you hit a cow while driving, you will
be held responsible to purchase that animal. If this situation
arises, please contact the Association Administrator at
928-899-1524 for direction on contacting the cattle
owners."
